제3도는 물방울에 대한 접촉각이 90°이상인 표면에 요철을 형성하였을 경우의 표면 위의 물방울의 모식도.
Claims (6)
- 일정간격으로 다수 평행으로 배열되고, 그 사이을 기류가 유동하는 판형상핀과, 이 판형상핀에 직각으로 삽통된 전열관으로 이루어지고, 상기 판형상핀에, 실리콘 계수지화합물로 이루어진 용액과, 상기 용액속의 고형분에 대한 비율이 10~40중량%이며, 비 표면적이 크고 또한 평균입자직경이 작은 무기미립자로 이루어진 조성물을 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기미립자의 비표면적이 5㎡/g이상, 또한 평균입자직경 4㎛이하로한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기미립자의 표면에 소수(疎水)화 처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판평상핀은 표면에 화성피막처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물에 2종류의 관능기를 가진 수지개질재를 충정해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 일정간격으로 다수 평행으로 배열되고, 그 사이을 기류가 유동하는 판형상핀과 이 판형상핀에 직각으로 삽통된 전열관으로 이루어지고, 또, 도장건조경화후의 도막표면의 물접촉각이 90°이상이 되게한 수지화합물로 이루어진 용액과, 상기 용액속에 분산되고, 도막경화후 표면에 볼록부피이크사이의 간격 L이 0.μ이상이고 또한, 깊이와 L의 관계가인 미세요철을 부여할 수 있는 무기계 미립자로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
