Claims (10)
- 복수의 압축요소를 순차직렬접속한 다단압축기구를 형성하고, 상기 각 압축요소에는, 각각 실린더내를 출몰(전진·후퇴)하면서 흡입실과 압축실로 구획하는 베인이 설치되고, 상기 각 압축요소가운데의 최종단 압축요소의 상기 베인의 배면실에 토출압력이 작용하는 윤활유를 도입하는 동시에, 상기 최종단압축요소를 제외한 상기 압축요소의 상기 각 베인의 배면에는, 상기 윤활유를 상기 각 압축요소의 토출상당압력으로까지 감압해서 도입하는 급유통로를 상기 각 베인의 상기 배면실을 경우하여 각각 구성하고, 상기 각 베인의 배면에는 그 윤활유의 압력을 부세시키는 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최종단 토출압력이 작용하는 윤활유가, 복수의 압축요소와 그것을 구동하는 전동기를 수납하고, 또한 상기 최종단 압축요소로부터 압축기체가 토출되는 밀폐용기의 내부에 저류(底流)하기 위하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조리개부를 가진 급유통로의 상기 배면실로의 개구부는, 베인의 접동면에 개구해서 베인의 왕복운동에 의해 간헐적으로 개폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로울링 피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인접하는 압축요소의 각 실린더부재를 연결하는 중판을 경유하는 급유통로를 형성하고, 상기 급유통로를 베인에 접접하는 증판의 접동면에 개구시킨 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조리개부를 가진 급유통로를 베인의 배면실의 상부에 개구시킨 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 조리개부를 가진 급유통로를, 인접하는 압축요소의 각 실린더부재를 연결하는 중판과 상기 실린더부재와의 연결면에 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 로울링 피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 저단쪽압축요소와 고단쪽압축요소로 이루어진 2단 압축기구를 구성하고, 상기 저단쪽압축 요소의 베인의 배면실의 하류쪽에 상기 전단쪽압축요소의 토출실을 배치해서 급유통로를 구성한 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 저단쪽 압축요소의 토출실로부터 베인의 배면실로의 연결통로의 개구위치를 배면실의 상부쪽에 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 베인배면실 하류의 토출실로의 개구부를 상기토출실의 오일섬프의 바닥부에 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 토출실의 바닥부의 오일섬프의 상부에 간막이 판을 배치하고, 간막이판의 바닥부에 토출실의 상부공간과 오일섬프실과의 사이를 연통하는 수직경의 통로를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 로울링피스톤형 또는 슬라이드베인형의 로우터리식 다단기체압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
