Claims (9)

  1. 결합제로서 수불용 음이온성 폴리머를 사용하여 폴리카르보필의 칼슘염과 함께 응집된 제산 유효화합물을 함유하고, 위 점막에 고접착성(생물학적 접착성)을 갖고 있어서 결과적으로 위 통과가 지연되는 것이 특징은 위 체류시간 지연성 제산 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제산 유효화합물 1중량부, 칼슘 폴리카르보필 0.1 내지 5중량부, 수불용 음이온성 폴리머 0.01 내지 1중량부 및 적합한 경우에 추가로 다른 종류의 통상적인 보조제 및 첨가제를 함유하는 것이 특징인 제산 제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 항에 있어서, 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부의 수불용 음이온성 폴리머를 함유하는 것이 특징인 제산 제제.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 및/또는 마그네슘을 함유하고, 층격자 구조를 갖는 제산 유효 화합물을 함유하는 것이 특징인 제산 제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유효 화합물로서 히드로탈사이트, 마갈드레이트 또는 알마게이트를 함유하는 것이 특징인 제산제제.
  6. 15㎛ 이하의 평균입도를 갖는 칼슘 폴리카르보필을 함유하는 제산 제제.
  7. 수불용 음이온성 폴리머로서, 폴리아크릴산/메타크릴레이트코폴리머, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 히드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오스 프탈레이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 석시네이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 아디페이트 및/또는 셸락(shellac)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 제산 제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에서, 제산 응집물이 25 내지 2000㎛의 평균 입도를 갖는 것이 특징인 제산 제제.
  9. a) 제산유효물질, b)칼슘 폴리카르보닐 및 c)수불용 음이온성 폴리머의 3가지 성분들으 혼합기 또는 유동상 장치 중의 습윤성 과립화, 건조 과립와, 압출, 구형화 및 펠렛화 등의 통상적인 응집 기법을 사용하여 응집시키고, 생성된 응집물을 통상적인 보조제 및 부형제를 사용하여 적합한 투여 형태로 전환시킬수 있는 것이 특징인 제1항에 의한 제산 제제의 제조방법.
