Claims (2)
- 일부에 양극타켓(11)이 고정된 회전체(12)와 이 회전체(12)를 회전가능하게 유지하는 고정체(15)와 상기 회전체(12) 및 고정체(15)의 끼우 맞춰짐부에 설치된 사선홈(20)(21)을 갖는 베어링면(19)에 적어도 동작중에도 액체상태인 금속 윤활제가 개재되어 구성되는 베어링부를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관에 있어서, 상기 회전체(12) 및 고정체(15)의 적어도 한쪽 미끄럼 베어링(19)의 베어링면 모재는 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 니오브 또는 탄탈이며, 이 베어링면 모재의 표면부에 상기 베어링 모재 및 갈륨을 포함하는 반응층(31)(32)이 1㎛ 이상의 두께로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.
- 일부에 양극 타켓(11)이 고정된 회전체(12), 이회전체(12)를 회전가능하게 유지하는 고정체(15), 상기 회전체(12) 및 고정체(15)의 끼워 맞춰짐부에 설치된 나선홈(20)(21)을 갖는 베어링면에 적어도 동작중에는 액체상태인 금속윤활제가 개재되어 구성되는 베어링부(19)를 구비하는 회전양극형 X선관에 있어서, 상기 회전체(12)및 고정체(15)의 적어도 한쪽 미끄럼 베어링부(19)의 베어링면 모재는 질화물 세라믹, 탄화물 세라믹 또는 탄질 화물 세라믹이며, 이 베어링면 모재의 표면부에 상기 베어링 모재 및 갈륨을 포함하는 반응층 (31)(32)이 1㎛이하(0은 포함하지 않음)의 두께로 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전양극형 X선관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
