Claims (9)
- 삽입공을 갖는 외측부재와, 상기 삽입공내에 삽입하여 상기 외측부재와 상대 회전 가능하게 형성된 내측부재 등을 구비하고, 상기 외측부재 및 내측부재의 일방을 회전부재로 하고, 타방의 회전부재를 지지하는 지지부재로 하고 있음과 동시에, 상기 외측부재와의 사이에 상기 회전부재를 회전자재로 된 구름 축수가 끼워 맞추어져 있는 회전부재 지지장치에 있어서, 상기 구름축수는 내열성 및 내식성을 가지며, 상기 내측부재의 외주면에 끼워맞추어진 내륜과, 내열성 및 내식성을 구비하며, 전기 내륜과 대량하여 상기 삽입공의 내주면에 끼워맞추어진 외륜과 상기 내륜의 외주면 및 외륜의 내주면 사이에 전동가능하게 배설된 세라믹스로 된 복수의 전동체 등을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 전동체는, 축수용 굴러감을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 내륜 및 외륜은, 금속의 외면 전체에 내식성 피막을 코팅하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 내식성 피막은 바나듐 탄화물 혹은 크롬화합물로 됨을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항 기재에 있어서, 상기 내륜 및 외륜은, 각각 세라믹스로 형성하며, 상기 내측부재와 내륜과의 끼우기는 새끼우기로 하고 상기 외측부재와 외륜과의 끼우기는 중간 끼우기로 함을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제5항 기재에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스는 질화규소를 주체로 하는 소결체로 됨을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항, 제5항 기재에 있어서, 상기 세라믹스는, 질화규소를 주체로 하고 회로류 화합물을 첨가한 소결체로 됨을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
- 상기 청구범위 제1항, 제5항 기재에 있어서, 상기 회토류 화합물은 잇트리어, 알미늄 산화물임을 특징으로 하는 회전부재 지지장치.
