Claims (4)
- a) 여과하는 동안 pH를 10 이상 및 온도를 테이코플라닌의 에피머화를 필수적으로 피하는 온도에서 일정하게 유지하면서 균사체를 브로쓰로부터 여과시켜 분리하고, b)테이코플라닌 A2를 여과된 브로쓰로부터 분리하는 것으로 이루어지는 전배양 발효 브로쓰로부터 테이코플라닌 A2를 추출하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 여과를 pH 10.5 내지 11.5 바람직하게는 pH 11에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 여과가 수행되는 온도가 용액의 빙점 내지 실온, 바람직하게는 5℃ 내지 10℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 여과된 브로쓰로 부터의 테이코플라닌 A2의 분리를, 여과된 용액을 테이코플라닌 활성을 흡착할 수 있는 폴리아미드 칼럼 크로마토그래피 수지와 접촉시키고, 이 수지를 수용액으로부터 분리시키고, 물 및 1이상의 혼화성 유기 용매의 용액 혼합물은 용출시킴으로써 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
