Claims (2)

1) 상기 산 용액의 pKa 이상의 pH를 갖는 상기 아미노산의 농축용액을 형성시키고 2) 중성 아미노산 용액의 pKa 이상의 pH에서 중성 아미노산의 고체 입자를 형성시키기 위해 용액으로부터 염기를 균일하게 제거하며 3) 상기 고체 입자를 용액으로부터 회수하는 단계로 구성되는, 수성 용액으로부터 중성 아미노산을 회수하는 방법.
1) 약 10.0이상의 pH를 유지하면서 발효 배지를 농축시키고 여과시키며 : 2) 중성 아미노산 용액의 pKa 이상의 pH에서 중성 아미노산의 고체 입자를 형성시키기 위해 용액으로부터 염기를 균일하게 제거하며 : 3) 상기 고체 입자를 용액으로부터 회수하는 단계로 구성되는, 발효 배지로부터 중성 아미노산을 회수하는 방법.
