Claims (2)

  1. 조-α-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르을 유기카르복시산속 또는 유기 카르복시산 함유 유기 용매속에서, 광산 또는 유기술폰산과 접촉시키고, 이어서 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐 알라닌 메틸에스테르을 광산염 또는 유기 술폰산염으로서 단리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조 α-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르가, 조 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-α-L-아스파프틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르을 유기카르복시산속 또는 유기카르복시산 함유 유기용매속에서, 수소화 촉매를 사용해서 수소화해서 얻게된 반응생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르의 분리방법.
