첨부된 도면은 본 발명에 의한 슈크로오스 지방산 폴리에스테르의 정제 및 지방산 알칼리염, 지방산 메틸에스테르의 회수 공정도이다.
Claims (1)
- 슈크로오스 지방산 폴리에스테르 제조시, 반응산물을 NaOH 용액과 헥산으로 1차 층분리하여 수용액층으로 부터 지방산 알칼리염을 회수하고, 헥산층을 항온유조 상에서 고온, 고진공 조건에서 증류하여 증류회수물로 부터 지방산 메틸에스테르를 회수한 후 증류잔유물을 2차 층분리하므로써 분리된 헥산층으로 부터 정제된 슈크로오스 지방산 폴리에스테르를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈크로오스 지방산 폴리에스테르의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
