Claims (21)

  1. 열결화성 수지가 함침된 코어층, 이 코어층에 결합된 열경화성 수지가 함침된 장식층, 이 장식층에 결합된 보호층으로 이루어지며, 상기 보호층은 (1) 다관능성 불포화 지방족 아크릴레이트 올리고머, (2) 광개시제, (3) 열적 활성화 촉매, 및 (4) 커플링제로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물에 모노머가 추가로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 모노머가 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 트프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 1,4-부탄디올, 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올 프로판 트리아크릴레이트 또는 펜타크리쓰리톨 트리아크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 모노머가 혼합물의 약 15 내지 약 45중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 모노머가 혼합물의 약 25 내지 약 35중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물에 가소제, 충전제, 안료 또는 안정화제가 추가로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 다관능성 불포화 지방족 아크릴레이트 올리고머가 아크릴화우레탄임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 다관능성 불포화 지방족 아크릴레이트 올리고머가 혼합물의 약 55 내지 약 85중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 방향족 히드록시 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제가 혼합물의 약 0.2 내지 약 1.5 중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 열적 활성화 촉매가 벤조일 피옥사이드, 2.5-디메틸-2.5-비스-(2-에틸헥실 피옥시)헥산, t-아밀퍼옥시옥토에이트, t-부틸퍼옥시옥토에이트, 라우로일 퍼옥사이드, 1,1-비스-t-부틸 퍼옥시 사이클로헥산, 1,1-비스-t-아밀 퍼옥시사이클로헥산 또는 디쿠밀 퍼옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 열적 활성화 촉매가 혼합물의 약 0.2 내지 1.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 커플링제가 유기 티타네이트 에스테르 또는 오르가노실란임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 커플링제가 글리시독시프로필트리메톡시 실한임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 커플링제가 혼합물의 약 0.5 내지 약 3.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트.
  16. (1) 다관능성 불포화 지방족 아크릴레이트 올리고머, (2) 광개시제, (3) 열적 활성화 촉매 및 (4) 커플링제로 이루어진 혼합물을 박리 시트상에 피복시키는 단계, 박리 시스상에 피복된 상기 혼합물을 자외선 조사에 의해 부분 경화시켜, 부분 경화된 보호층을 형성하는 단계, 부분 경화된 보호층을 갖는 박리 시트를, 부분 경화된 열경화성 수지가 함침된 장식층의 상부 표면이 보호 피막과 접하도록 이 장식층 상부에는 놓는 단계, 부분 경화된 열경화성 수지가 함침된 코어층에 상기 장식층을 놓는 단계, 및 상기 보호층, 장식층 및 코어층을 열압착시켜 장식용 라미네이트를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 모노머가 혼합물의 약 15 내지 약 45중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 다관능성 불포화 지방족 아크릴레이트 올리고가 혼합물의 약 55 내지 약 85중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 광개시제가 혼합물의 약 0.2 내지 약 1.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 열적 활성화 촉매가 혼합물의 약 0.2 내지 약 1.5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 커플링제가 혼합물의 약 0.5 내지 약 3.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 장식용 라미네이트의 제조방법.
