- 미나리즙 25%와 감자즙 0.5%를 혼가한 것을 소맥분 66.5%(중량비)에 혼합하여서 반죽함을 특징으로 하는 미나리국수의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
