Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술한 바와 같이 4-5월에 채집한 쑥을 삶아서 탈수한 것 10%에 감자즙 0.5%를 혼가한 다음 이를 소맥분 76.5%에 중량비로 혼가하여 식염과 수분을 맞추고 반죽하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 쑥국수의 제조방법.
