Claims (3)

  1. 치로산을 함유하는 생리활성 폴리페프티드계 약제의 부형체, 또는 이 약제를 치토산으로피복한 부형체, 또는 이 약제를 치토산으로 된 캡슐로 외포(外包)한 부형체의 표면에 pH가 5이상의 액에 가용중합체의 피복층을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로하는 대장붕괴성 폴리페프티드계 경구제제.
  2. 치토산가 분말 셀루로즈 및/또는 전분과를 함유하는 생리활성 폴리페프티드계 약제의 부형체, 또는 이 약제를 치토산과 분말 셀루로즈 및/또는 전분과를 사용하여 피복한 부형체, 또는 이 약제를 치토산과 분말 셀루로즈 및/또는 전분과로 된 캡슐로 외포한 부형체의 표면에 pH가 5이상의 액에 가용 중합체의 피복층을 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 대장 붕괴성 폴리페프티드계 경구제제.
  3. pH가 5이상의 액에 가용 중합체가 메타크릴산-메타크릴산메틸 공중합체, 메타크릴산-아크릴산에틸공중합체, 히드록시프로필메틸셀루로즈아세테이트석시네이트 및 히드록시프로필메틸셀루로즈프탈레이트로 된 군에서 선택한 적어도 1종의 종합체인 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 대장붕괴성 폴리페프티드계 경구제제.
