Claims (4)
- 플라스틱셀과 플라스틱셀 보다 낮은 밀도인 플라스틱폼을 가지고 있는 합성 플라스틱 물품의 구성요소 부분을 재생하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 플라스틱셀 입자와 별개의 플라스틱폼 입자의 혼합물을 형성하기 위하여 상기 플라스틱 물품을 분쇄하는 단계, 서로간의 정전기력을 방지하기 위하여 플라스틱셀 입자의 플라스택폼 입자의 혼합물을 정전기제거하는 단계, 및 제1방향으로 분리되어 가라앉는 고밀도의 입자와 상기 제1방향의 반대방향으로 분리되어 떠오르는 저밀도의 입자로 된 두 가지 밀도부분을 형성시키기 위하여 에어 스트림을 통하여 플라스틱셀과 플라스틱폼 입자의 혼합물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄공정은 유사한 형상 및 크기인 셀입자와 플라스틱폼 입자의 혼합물를 제공하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품은 상기 플라스택셀과 상기 플라스틱폼에 결합된 스티렌 층을 가지고 있고, 상기 분리단계는 스티렌 입자와 플라스틱셀 입자의 혼합물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하고 있고, 상기 별개의 플라스틱셀 입자의 분쇄된 모양을 유지시키면서 상기 스티렌 입자의 모양을 확대하기 위하여 별개의 플라스틱셀입자와 상기 스티렌 입자의 혼합물을 가압하고, 그 후에 상기 플라스틱셀 입자로 부터 스티렌 입자를 분리하기 위한 분리 단계를 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 물품은 박층 이오노머나 그와 대등한 필름, 플라스틱폼 층 및 플라스틱셀을 포함하고, 상기 분쇄단계는 상기 필름의 입자와 상기 플라스틱폼의 입자와 상기 플라스틱셀 입자와의 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하고, 플라스틱폼의 각각의 입자와 상기 플라스틱 필름의 입자와의 혼합물로 부터 상기 플라스틱셀 입자를 공기 분리해서 플라스틱폼 입자의 플라스틱필름의 입자와의 혼합물을 제거하고, 플라스틱필름의 입자로 부터 플라스틱폼의 입자를 제거하기 위하여 상기 플라스틱폼 및 플라스틱필름의 입자의 혼합물에 상이하게 정전기를 대전시켜서 분리판에 대하여 차별적으로 대전된 입자를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
