Claims (20)

  1. PH를 최소한 5로 하기에 충분한 약산의 알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염 및 젬피브로질을 수성 과립화하여 제조한 건조된 미립자를 포함하는 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 흡습제를 효과량 포함하는 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 탄산염, 중탄산염, 아세트산염, 시트르산염 또는 인산염인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 중탄산나트륨인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 탄산나트륨인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 인산나트륨인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 흡습제에 다당류가 포함되는 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 다당류가 미정질 셀룰로즈인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 다당류가 히이드록시프로필 셀룰로즈인 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 흡습제에 실리카가 포함되는 젬피브로질의 개선된 경구용 제제.
  11. 젬피브로질과 약산의 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염의 혼합물을 최소량의 물과 함께 과립화하고 결과하는 과립하된 미립자를 건조시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 젬피브로질의 경구용 제제를 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 혼합물이 최소한 하나의 흡습제를 효과량 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 탄산염, 중탄산염, 아세트산염, 시트르산염 또는 인산염인 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서,알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 중탄산나트륨인 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서,알카리 금속염 또는 알카리 토금속염이 인산나트륨인 방법.
