제3도는 크램프되지 않은 상태의 실시예로 나타내는 제1도와 같은 정단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 실린더부(2)가 본체(1)에 설치되고, 핀스톤(3)이 실린더부(2)에서 왕복하며, 피스톤로드(31)는 실린더부(2)의 단부벽(11)에서 바깥쪽으로 돌출되며, 그리고 공구설치판(7)이 본체(1)의 단부벽(11)에 착탈가능하게 고정되는 로보트용 공구교환장치에 있어서, 피스톤로드(31)의 끝단에 고정되는 지지블럭(32)에서 반경외측으로 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 제1선회핀(33)과; 상기 단부벽(11)에서 축방향 바깥쪽으로 신장하는 한쌍의 러그부재(4)와; 상기 러그부재(4)에 반경방향으로 이동 가능토록 고정시킨 한쌍의 크램프부재(5)와; 각각의 크램프부재(5)의 반경외측단부에 형성되며, 상기 공구설치판(7)과 결합가능한 결합부(52)와; 상기 제1선회핀(33)과 평행하게 각각의 크램프부재(5)에서 돌출하는 제2선회핀(51)과; 그리고 각각 두개의 구멍을 가지며, 두개중 하나는 길죽하여, 상기 구멍이 상기 크램프부재(5)를 상기 피스톤로드(31)에 체결토록 하기 위해 상기 제1선회핀(33)과 상기 제2선회핀(51)과 결합되는 한쌍의 링크부재(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지블록(32)과 인접한 상기 두 구멍의 하나는, 상기 제1선회핀(33)과 결합가능토록 길죽한 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 각각의 크램프부재(5)는 “L"형으로 형성되며, 크램프부재(5)의 한 단부는 상기 러그부재(4)와 피봇으로 연결되며, 그의 타단은 결합부(52)를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 크램프부재(5) 반경안쪽 내면은 반경내측으로 돌출되게 형성시켜, 피스톤(3)이 크램핑 위치를 유지하고 있을 때 상기 지지블록의 반경외측 단부면이 상기 크램프부재(5)의 반경내측 돌출면 근처에 유지되도록 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(3)이 크램핑 위치에 있을 경우, 상기 링크부재(6)는 직선식으로 유지되지 않고, 그 사이에 작은 각을 형성하여 유지토록하여, 상기 피스톤(3)의 이동행정에 충분한 여유를 주도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반경방향으로 전개하는 관통공(42)은 상기한 각각의 러그부재(4)에 형성시키고, 상기 크램프부재(5)는 상기 관통공(42)에서 반경방향으로 슬라이드 가능토록 구성시켜, 상기 피스톤(3)이 크램핑 상태에 놓일때, 크램프부재(5)의 반경외측 결합단부(52)가 상기 공구설치판(7)과 결합되도록 한 구성인 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트용 공구 교환장치.
