Claims (7)
- 하기단계 즉 모래, 수정페놀수지로 구성된 결합체, 유기에스테르 화합물로 구성된 경화제와 IB족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속함유의 하나 이상의 첨가제를 서로 혼합하고, 혼합물을 성형하고 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모래로 부터 주형을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 IB족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 Ⅱ족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 Ⅱ족, Ⅲ족. Ⅳ족 또는 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제는 (1)금속의 금속봉쇄제, (2)금속의 킬레이트화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제는 (3)금속의 무기염, (4)금속의 유기염, (5)금속의 수산화물, (6)금속의 착화합물 그리고 (7)금속의 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제용 금속은 마그네슘과 아연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
