Claims (7)

  1. 하기단계 즉 모래, 수정페놀수지로 구성된 결합체, 유기에스테르 화합물로 구성된 경화제와 IB족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속함유의 하나 이상의 첨가제를 서로 혼합하고, 혼합물을 성형하고 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모래로 부터 주형을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 IB족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 Ⅱ족 내지 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가 Ⅱ족, Ⅲ족. Ⅳ족 또는 Ⅷ족 금속 또는 상기 금속함유 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제는 (1)금속의 금속봉쇄제, (2)금속의 킬레이트화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제는 (3)금속의 무기염, (4)금속의 유기염, (5)금속의 수산화물, (6)금속의 착화합물 그리고 (7)금속의 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제용 금속은 마그네슘과 아연으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
