Claims (4)

  1. 2가 금속이온 촉매 존재하에서 페놀 몰당 단성수화 지방족 알콜 최소한 약 0.25몰과 알데히드 몰과 량으로 페놀을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 알콕시 변형 페놀계 레졸 수지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생성물이 단성수화 지방족 알콜로 반응하기전에 페놀을 우선 알데히드로 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 폴리히드록시 성분이 제1항과 또는 제2항의 제조방법으로 제조된 알콕시 변형 페놀계 레졸 수지임을 특징으로하는, 이소시아네이트 성분과 폴리히드록시 성분 사이의 반응을 실질적으로 완벽하게 촉매반응이 되게 할 수 있는 충분한 촉매, 둘 이상의 관능기를 가지는 이소시아네이트 성분 및 폴리히드록시 성분으로 구성되는 결합재 조성물의 결합량과 주물사등과 같은 응집물질을 혼합하는 것으로 구성되는 주물용 코아나 주형을 제조하는 방법.
