Claims (7)

  1. 카드지지구조물을 갖춘 웨이퍼-시험대에 설치된 시험카드와 EWS 탐침카드를 접속시키기 위한 것으로써, 탐침카드 윗면에 영구적으로 설치되고 이 탐침카드의 저면에서 돌출한 각 탐침에 개별적으로 연결되는 다수의 제1접촉점과, 시험카드의 저면에 영구적으로 설치한 역시 다수의 제2 접촉점과, 분리체 형태로된 각 콘덴서내의 틈과 함께 설치한 제1 및 제2 접촉점과 맞출 수 있는 다수의 이중 말단 접촉점을 구비한 만능 접속기와, 거울형으로 각 조립체 판위에 배열되어 만능 접속기의 이중 말단 접촉점을 통해 시험카드의 접촉점과 탐침카드의 접촉점 사이에 상호 결함을 형성하는 다수의 접촉점과, 탐침카드위에서 지탱하지 않고 이것의 접촉점과 만능 접속기의 하부말단 접촉점사이의 결합위치에서 전기적 단일체를 지지하는 수단으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 만능다중접촉 접속장치.
  2. 카드지지구조물을 갖춘 웨이퍼-시험대에 설치된 시험카드와, EWS탐침카드를 접속시키기 위한 것으로써, 탐침카드 윗면에 영구적으로 설치되고 이 탐침타드의 저면에서 돌출한 각 탐침에 개별적으로 연결되는 평행한 핀형태의 다수의 제1접촉점과, 시험카드의 저면에 영구적으로 설치한 평행한 역시 다수의 제2 수접촉점과,분리체 형태로된 각 콘덴서내의 틈과 함게 설치한 다수의 이중암 접촉점을 구비한 만능 접속기와, 거울형으로 각 조립체 판 위에 배열되어 만능 접속기의 이중 말단 암 접촉점을 통해 시험카드의 탐침카드의 수접촉점 사이에 상호 결함을 형성하는 다수의 접촉점과, 탐침카드위에서 지탱하지 않고 이것의 수접촉점과 만능 접속기의 하부말단 접촉점사이의 결합위치에서 전기적 단일체를 지지하는 수단으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 만능다중접촉 접속장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 이중 압 접촉점이 콘덴서내의 축방향 및 측면방향의 틈새가 있도록 설치되고 지지수단은 사전결정된 수직 틈새가 있는 접속배열상에 단열체를 걸 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 이중 압 접촉점 각각에 소캣축에 대한 경사각도에서 축방향 간격으로 두개의 고리 사이에 연장되고 또한 접속용 수 핀과 맞추어 신장할 수 있는 다수의 금속선에 의해 만들어진 두개의 암 말단 소켓이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 다수의 암수 접촉점이 각 평판위에서 원주의 호를 그리며 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 색인수단이 단일 방식으로 서로 접속하는 것을 돕기 위한 각 접속부위에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 색인수단이 기계적 열장이음쇠인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
