Claims (1)

  1. 제1의 특성의 자기 테이프를 갖는 제1의 테이프 카세트와, 제2의 특성의 자기 테이프를 갖는 제2의 테이프 카셋트에 대해서, 소정의 기록 처리가 행해진 비디오 신호를 기록함과 함께, 음성 신호에서 제1의 규격으로 디지탈화된 제1의 디지탈 신호와, 음성 신호에서 제2의 규격으로 디지탈화된 제2의 디지탈 신호를 선택적으로 기록하는 VTR에 있어서, 상기한 테이프 카셋트가 상기 제1의 자기 테이프의 카셋트인가 상기한 제2의 자기 테이프의 카셋트인가를 검출하는 센서와, 상기한 제1 및 제2의 규격의 디지탈 신호의 기록시의 전류 값을 제어하는 제어회로를 갖고, 상기 센서의 검출 출력과, 기록 되는 디지탈 신호가 상기 제1의 규격의 디지탈 신호인가 상기한 제2의 규격의 디지탈 신호인가에 따라서 상기한 제어 회로를 제어하여 상기 기록되는 디지탈 신호의 기록시의 전류값을 제어하도록 한 VTR.
