에틸렌의 삼원공중합체, 그의 제조방법 및 광유 증류물용 첨가제로서의 그의 용도

Claims (10)

  1. 에틸렌 단위이외에 5∼20몰%의 비닐 아세테이트 단위 및 0.2∼5몰%의 이소부틸 비닐 에테르 단위를 함유하고 평균 분자량()이 500∼5,000g,·mol-1임을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체.
  2. 단량체들의 혼합물을 개시 제의 존재하에 분자량 조절제를 첨가하여, 50∼700MPa, 바람직하게는 약 150∼300MPa의 압력 및 100∼350℃. 바람직하게는 120∼325℃의 온도에서 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 청구된 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분자량 조절제가 단량체 혼합물을 기준으로 0.05∼10중량%의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 분자량 조절제가 프로피온알데히드 임을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 광유증류물, 특히 중간 증류물의 유동성을 개선하는데 사용되는 제1항에 청구된 삼원공중합체의 용도.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 에틸렌 단위 이외에 7∼15몰%의 비닐 아세테이트 단위 및 0.5∼2몰%의 부틸 비닐 에테르 단위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체의 용도.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 삼원공중합체의 평균 분자량이 1,000∼3,000g/mol임을 특징으로 하는 삼원 공중합체의 용도.
  8. 제5항∼제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 140℃에서 측정한 용유 점도가 25∼500mPa.s, 바람직하게는 50∼300mPa.s임을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체의 용도.
  9. 제5항∼제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 증류물을 기준으로 하여 0.001∼2중량%, 바람직하게는 0.005∼0.5중량%의 양으로 광유 증류물에 가해짐을 특징으로 하는 삼원공중합체의 용도.
  10. 제1항에 청구된 삼원공중합체를 용해된 형태로서 증류물을 기준으로 하여 0.001∼2중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 광유 증류물.
