Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반식 (Ⅱ)외 디알킬 디클로로말레이트 :
    (상기식에서, R은 C1-C6알킬이다)를 용매 존재하에 암모니아 원과 반응시켜 에나민 중간체를 형성시키고, 임의로 불용성물을 여과하고. 상기 중간체를 용매존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 α,β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤:
    및 산과 반응시켜 일반식(I)의 피리딘-디카르복실레이트 화합물을 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식(I)로 특징지워진 화합물의 제조 방법:
    (상기식들에서, R은 C1-C6알킬이고; X 및 Z은 독릴적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C2-C5알케닐이고, Y는 수소, 할로겐, 1-3개의 할로겐, 히드록시기, C1-C4알콕시기 또는 C1-C4알킬티오기로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, 아미노카르보닐, 페닐티오, 치환 페닐티오, 페녹시, 치환 페녹시, 페닐 또는 치환 페닐이다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X 및 Z이 수소이고, Y가 수소, 할로겐 또는 1-3개의, 할로겐. C1-C4알콕시기 또는 C1-C4알킬티오기로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬인, 일반식 (I)에 의해 특징지워진 화합물의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식 (I)의 화합물이 디알킬 피리딘-2,3-디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5-메틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5-에틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5- (메톡시메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트 및 디알킬 5-(클로로메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식 (l)의 화합물이 디에틸 피리딘-2,3-디카르복실레이틀, 디에틸5-메틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디에틸 5-에틸 -2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디에틸 5-(메톡시 메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트 및 디에 틸5-(클로로메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의헤 제조된 일반식 (I)의 피리딘디카르복실레이트 화합물.
  6. 하기 일반식 (7)의 디알킬 아미노클로로부텐디오에이트 :
    (상기 식에서, R은 C1-C6알킬 이다)를 용매존재하에 그리고, 임의로 산 존재하에 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 α, β-불포화 알데히드 또는 케톤:
    적어도 1몰 당량과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식(I)에 의해 특징지워진 화합물의 제조방법 :
    상기식들중에서, R은 C1-C6알킬이고, X및 Z은 독립적으로수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C2-C6알케닐이고, Y는 수소, 할로겐, 1-3개의 할로겐, 히드록시, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4알킬티오기로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, 아미노카르보닐, 페닐티오, 치환 페닐티오, 페녹시, 치환 페녹시, 페닐 또는 치환 페닐이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제조된 일반식 (I)의 화합물이 디알킬 피리딘 디카르복실리에트, 디알킬 5-에틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5-메틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실제이트, 5-(메톡시메틸)-3,3-피리딘디카복실레이트 및 5-(클로로메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조된 일반식(I)의 피리딘디카르복실레이트 화합물.
  9. 일반식(Ⅳ)의 디알릴 아미노클로로 부텐디오에이트 화합물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 디에틸 아미노클로로 부텐디오에이트인 화합물.
