제1도는 본 발명에 의한 분류(粉流) 상태의 원재료의 예열장치의 일부를 절단한 정면도,
제2도는 제1도의 표시된 예열장치를 서스펜션 프리히터(Suspension Preheater)에 편입하고 또 특정의 원심 분리기(cyclone)를 병렬복수형 구조로한 장치의 일부를 절단한 정면도,
제3도는 본 발명에 의한 예열장치를 복수개 사용하여 제2도에 표시한 병렬복수형의 원심분리기 구조를 생략한 실시예의 일부를 절단한 정면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 소성로(4)의 윗쪽에 복수의 원심분리기(C1---Cn)을 다단계적으로 배설하여 구성된 서스펜션 프리히타(1)에 상기한 소성로(4)의 폐기가스를 유도하여 분말입자 상태의 원료를 예열하기 위한 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치에 있어서, 소성로(4)에 직결된 제품의 포집 원심분리기(C)와 최하단 원심분리기(C1)을 접속한 닥트(9)에 대신하여 유동층, 또는 분사층형의 열교환기(7)을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 원심분리기(C1)외 그 상단의 원심분리기(C2)를 접속한 닥트에 대신하여 열교환기를 배설한것을 특징으로 하는 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
  3. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 원심분리기(C2)와 그 상단의 원심 분리기(C3)를 접속한 닥트에 대신하여 상기한 열교환기를 배설한것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태원료의 예열장치.
  4. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 원심분리기(C2)와 그 상단의 원심 분리기(C3)를 접속한 닥트에 대신하여 열교환기를 배설한것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태원료의 예열장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 열교환기에 보조 열료버너를 부설한 것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
  6. 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 열교환기에 보조 연료버너를 부설한것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
  7. 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 열교환기에 보조 연료버너를 부설한 것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
  8. 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 열교환기에 보조 연료버너를 부설한 것을 특징으로한 분말입자 상태 원료의 예열장치.
