Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie pentru tratarea termica a materialelor granulare, în special a materialelor granulare fine, care permit un consum energetic scazut si o tratare corespunzatoare a materialelor respective prin deplasarea materialelor prin interiorul unor cicloane de preîncalzire si al unui reactor de calcinare. Materialul respectiv, de granulatie fina, se calcineaza direct în zona de calcinare unde se introduce tangential un curent de gaze fierbinti iar un alt curent partial, este dirijat axial în zona de calcinare. Curentul axial de gaze se introduce cu o viteza mai mare. Pentru separarea materialului antrenat de gaze se utilizeaza niste cicloane separatoare. De la cicloanele respective materialul separat este dirijat direct în zona de sinterizare.
