Claims (11)
- 벌집형태, 평균 채널폭(b) 및 중요한 기계적 특성을 결정하는 최소한 하나의 제1거대구조물이 적어도 부분적으로 설치된 시트(2,3)로 구성된 금속 벌집형 구조물에 있어서, 벌집형 구조물(1)은 한 흐름방향으로 유체가 흐를수 있는, 평균 채널폭(b)을 가진 다수의 채널(4)을 가지며, 적어도 시트(2,3)의 일부에 평균 채널폭(b)의 0.01 내지 약 0.3배이면서 적어도 15μ의 높이를 가진 부가의 미세구조물(5)이 설치되고, 상기 미세구조물(5)은 흐름방향(s)에 대해 횡으로 또는 비스듬이(α각) 형성되며 흐름방향(s)에서 1~10mm의 간격으로 차례로 놓여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동혼합을 위한 미세구조물을 구비한 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벌집형 구조물(1)이 평형시트(2)와 파형시트(3)가 교대로 놓인 층 또는 서로 다른 파형시트의 층으로 이루어지며, 적어도 파형시트(3)의 일부가 제 2미세구조물(5)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제2미세구조물(5)이 홈, 리세스, 돌출부, 슬롯 등(6,7,8,9)으로 이루어지고,흐름방향(s)에 대해 횡으로 또는 비스듬히(α각) 형성되며 시트(2,3)의 표면으로부터 한 측면 또는 양 측면으로 돌출해있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세구조물(5)이 흐름방향(s)에 대해 75°내지 105°, 바람직하게는 90°의 각(α)으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세구조물(5)이 흐름방향(s)에 대해 ±15°내지 75°, 바람직하게는 약 45°의 각(α)으로설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2개의 차례로 놓인 시트층에 있어서 미세구조물(5)과 흐름방향(s) 사이의 각(α)이 거의 동일하지만 반대 부호를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제 2미세구조물(5)은 서로 2 내지 8mm, 바람직하게는 약 4 내지 6mm의 간격(a)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세구조물(5)은 0.05 내지 8mm, 바람직하게는 약 0.5 내지 3mm의 흐름방향(s)에서의 길이(e)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 미세구조물(5)은 평균채널폭(b)의 약 0.05 내지 0.1배의 높이(h)을 가지는 것을특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 벌집형 구조물(1)의 모든 시트(2,3)가 제 2미세구조물(5)을 가지며, 상기 미세구조물의 형태, 간격 및 배열이 시트(2,3)의 접촉부분에서 미세구조물의 형태 끼워 맞춤에 유리한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벌집형 구조물이 예컨대, 자동차 배기 가스정화장치용 촉매변환기-지지체인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 벌집형 구조물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
