Claims (15)
- 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리스틸렌 수지와 하나 이상의 할로겐 함유 방염제 및 하나 이상의 다음 일반식 (I)의 이고리형 인산염으로 이루어진 혼합물로 구성된 열 및 빛에 대해 안정한 열가소성 수지 조성물:상기식에서, R은 H또는 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C17-알킬기이고; X는 OH, OR′ 또는 OC(O)R′이고; 여기에서, R′는 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C17-알킬기이다.
- 제1하에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 방염제가 헥사브로모시클로도데칸, 테트라브로모비스페놀 A, 클로로펜탄브로모시클로헥산, 테트라브로모비스페놀 A 비스-(디브로모프로필에테르), 디브로모(디브로모 에틸)시클로 헥산, 테트라브로모시클로옥탄, 비스-(디브로모노르보난디카르복시키도)에탄, 헥사클로로시클로펜타디엔과 시클로옥탈디엔의 디엘-알더 첨가생성물 및 이들의 혼합물들로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이고리형 인산염 화합물이 2,6,7-트리옥사-포스포비시클로〔2,2,2〕-옥탄-4-메탄올-1-옥시드 ; 또는 2,6,7-트리옥사-1-포스포시비클로〔2,2,2〕-옥탄-4-메탄올-1-옥시드 ; 또는 2,6,7-트리옥사-1-포스포비시클로〔2,2,2〕-옥탄-4-메탄올 아세테이트-1-옥시드임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지가 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌수지, 및 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리부틸렌 단독- 및 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 수지가 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리스티렌임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 방염제에 대한 이고리형 인산염 화합물의 중량비는 약 0.001 내지 0.200의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이고리형 인산염 화합물과 할로겐 함유 방염제의 혼합물이 전체 조성물의 약 0.1 내지 20.0 wt. ％ 정도로 수지 조성물에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제, 가리워진 아민 빛 안정화제 및 산 스캐빈져로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 한 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 2,2-비스〔〔3-〔3,5-비스(1,1-디메틸메틸)-4-히드록시페닐〕-1-옥소프로폭시〕메틸〕1,3-프로판디일 3,5-비스(1,1-디메틸메틸)-4-히드록시벤젠프로파노산염임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 가리워진 아민 빛 안정화제가 비스-(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-피레리딘일)-세베크산염임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 산 스캐빈져가 마그네슘 알류미늄 히드록시 카본에이트 Mg4.5A12(OH)13CO3임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 할로겐 함유 방염제 및 다음일반식 (I)의 이고리형 인산염 화합물로 이루어진, 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리스티렌 수지 조성물에 부가하기위한 방염안정화 첨가 혼합물 :R은 H또는 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C17-알틸기이고 ; X는 OH, OR′ 또는 OC(O)R′ 이고 ; 여기에서, R′는 포화 또는 불포화 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C17-알킬기이다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 방염제가 헥사브로모시클로도데칸, 테트라브로모비스페놀 A, 클로로펜타브로모시클로헥산, 테트라브로모비스페놀 A 비스(디브로모프로필에테르), 디브로모(디브로모에틸) 시클로헥산, 테트라브로모시클로옥탄, 비스-(디브로모노르보난 디카르복시미도)-에탄, 헥사클로로시클로펜타디엔과 시클로옥타디엔의 디엘-알더 첨가생성물 및 이들의 혼합물들로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 이고리형 인산염 화합물이 2,6,7-트리옥사-포스포비시클로〔2,2,2〕-옥탄-4-메탄올-1-옥시드 ; 또는 2,6,7-트리옥사-1-포스포비시클로〔2,2,2〕옥탄-4-메탄올 아세테이트-1-옥시드임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 할로겐 함유 방염제에 대한 이고리형 인산염 화합물의 중량비는 약 0.001내지 0.200임을 특징으로 하는 혼합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
