제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 액정표시패널 및 액정표시장치를 나타낸 구성설명도, 제2도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 액정표시 패널 및 액정표시장치를 나타낸 구성설명도, 제3도 및 제4도는 각각 종래의 액정표시장치를 나타낸 구성설명도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 액정표시소자 및 액정구동전압선 이외에 제어신호배선(14)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
  2. 액정구동용 집적회로(11) 및 이에 따라 표시구동되는 액정표시패널(12)을 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 액정표시패널(12)은 액정표시소자 및 액정구동전압배선 이외에 제어신호배선(14)이 설치되어 있고, 상기 액정구동용 집적회로(11)와 액정표시패널(12)사이에 액정구동전압배선(15)이외에 제어신호배선(16)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어신호배선(14,16)은 액정표시패널(12)의 특성을 모니터하기 위한 전압 또는 액정 구동용 집적회로(11)를 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 액정구동용 집적회로(11)측에 전달하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 복수개의 액정구동용 집적회로(21) 및 이에 따라 표시구동되는 1개의 액정표시패널(22)을 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 액정표시패널(22)은 액정표시소자 및 액정구동전압배선(24) 이외에 제어신호배서(23)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 복수개의 액정구동용 집적회로(21)와 액정 표시패널(22)사이에 각각 액정구동전압배선(24) 이외에 제어신호배선(25,26)이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 복수개의 액정구동용 집적회로(21)는 액정표시패널(22)사이의 제어신호배선(25,26) 및 액정표시패널의 제어신호배선(23)을 매개해서 상호 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
