Claims (3)

  1. 기록가능한 광 디스크를 사용하는 광 디스크 기록 장치에 있어서, 재생 RF신호의 최고값을 유지하는 최고값 유지 수단과, 재생 RF신호의 최저값을 유지하는 최저값 유지 수단과, 상기 최고값 유지 수단으로부터의 상기 최고값과 상기 최저값 유지 수단으로부터의 상기 최저값을 토대로 하여, 광 디스크가 비기록 디스크인지 혹은 아닌지를 판별하는 판별 수단을 구비하는 광 디스크 기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 광 디스크를 회전 구동시키는 회전 구동 수단을 추가로 구비하여, 상기 회전 구동 수단이 상기 판별 수단으로부터의 판별 결과를 토대로 제어되는 광 디스크 기록장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회로 구동 수단이 상기 재생 RF 신호로 부터 나오는 클럭 신호를 토대로, 상기 광 디스크의 회전 구동을 제어하는 제1회전 구동 제어 수단과, 상기 디스크 형태의 검출시 얻어지는 클럭 신호를 토대로, 상기 광 디스크의 회전 구동을 제어하는 제2회전 구동 제어수단을 구비하는 광 디스크 기록 장치.
