제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 후처리장치(Finisher)를 도시한 측면도, 제2도는 특별한 작동 단계에서의 일실시예를 도시한 특면도, 제3도는 제2도에 도시된 일실예의 평면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 화상형성장치로 부터 연속적으로 송출되는 다수매의 기록지를 다수개의 보관함으로 배출구를 통하여 분배하고, 적재하도록 된 화상형성 후 처리장치에 있어서, 다수개 보관함을 상기 배출과와 마주하는 소정위치로 연속적으로 이동시키는 보관함 이송수단; 상기 다수개의 보관함중에서 상기 소정위치로 이동된 상부 보관함과 하부 보관함 사이에 형성되어 상기 기록지를 한번에 한장씩 수납하는 보관함 유입구, 상기 다수개의 보관함 각각에 적재된 기록지를 묶음위치에서 철(綴)해주는 묶음수단; 상기 다수개의 보관함 각각으로부터 기록지 다발을 묶음위치로 인출하여 상기 묶음수단이 기록지다발을 철한후, 상기 기록지 다발을 보관함으로 복귀시키는 기록지 이송수단;을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보관함 이송수단은 상기 다수개의 보관함을 각각 상기 소정위치로 단지 보관함의 일단부를 지지한 상태에서 연속적으로 이송 시킴을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보관함 이송수단은 상기 각각의 보관함에 형성된 타측단을 안내하고 지지하는 지지부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재는 상기 하부보관함과 상호 작용하여 상기 보관함 유입구를 형성하는 상부보관함을 지지하도록된 제1지지부와, 상기 하부보관함을 지지하도록된 제2지지부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록지 이송수단은 상기 보관함으로 부터 묶음 위치까지 기록지다발을 인출하는 인출수단과, 상기 기록지다발을 상기 보관함으로 되돌리는 복귀수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록지 이송수단은 상기 각각의 보관함으로 향하거나 멀어지도록 직선운동을 하는 제1조임부재;상기 제1조임부재에 회전가능토록 장착된 제2조임부재; 핀형상을 갖추고 상기 제2조임부재의 일단부에 고정된 캠종동부재; 및 상기 캠종동부재가 상기 직선운동에 의해 이동됨으로써 상기 제2조임부재가 상기 기록지다발을 쥐고, 이동시키며, 놓아주는 일련의 동작을 수행하도록 된 캠요홈을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 보관함은 상기 제1조임부재가 기록지달발을 집도록 진입하는 위치에서 상부로 만곡된 돌기를 포함하고, 상기 돌기의 하부면과, 상기 제1조임부재에 의해 집혀지는 기록지다발 사이에서 일정공간을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 보관함으로 상기 보관함으로 진입하는 기록지의 이동 방향에 대하여 양측단부 사이의 중앙부가 상부로 만곡형성되어 보관함에적재된 기록지가 자동적으로 묶음 작업을 위한 기준위치로 편향되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 화상형성 후처리장치.
