제1도는 본발명에 사용하는 미연신 쉬트의 두께방향으로 절단한 요부의 단면도이고, 제2도는 제1도에 표시하는 쉬트를, Z방향과 Y방향(지면에 대하여 직교하는 방향)으로 연신하여 얻어지는 공동함유 폴리에스테르 필름의 두께방향으로 절단한 요부의 단면도이고, 제3도는 제2도에 표시한 필름중의 미립자 및 공동(空洞)의 단면도 이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 폴리에스테르와 이 폴리에스테르에 대하여 상용하지 않는 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 쉬트를 적어도 1축으로 연신함으로써 얻어지며, 주로 상기 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 필름기재, 이 필름기재중에 분산된 주로 상기 열가소성수지로 이루어지는 미립자와, 이 미립자의 주위에 형성된 미세한 공동을 가지며, 그 표층의 두께 3m까지의 공동률이 4체적% 이하이고, 필름의 평균 공동률이 8체적% 이상 50체적% 이하인것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴이에스테르계 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 공동률이 0~3 체적% 인것을 특징으로하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 공동률이 8~30 체적% 인것을 특징으로하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표층의 두께가 4~30m 인것을 특징으로하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자는 상기 쉬트의 연신방향으로 길게 형성되고, 상기 미립자의 장축직경이 1~50m, 두께가 10m 이하, 장축직경과 두께의 비가 2~100 인것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 미립자의 장축직경이 3~40m, 두께가 1~7m, 장축직경과 두께의 비가 3~30인것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표층내에 존재하는 미립자의 입자직경이 내층내에 존재하는 미립자의 입자직경에 비하여 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 상기 수지조성물에 대한 함유 비율이 1~40 중량% 인것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지의 상기 수지조성물에 대한 함유 비율이 5~20중량% 인것을 특징으로하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지가 폴리스티렌계수지, 폴리올레핀계수지, 폴리아미드계수지, 폴리아크릴계수지, 셀룰로오스계수지, 석유수지, 합성고무, 천연고무, 폴리카보네이트수지, 폴리술폰계수지, 폴리아크릴레이트계수지, 및 폴리에테르계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선정한 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 n-헥산 추출분이 5.0 중량% 이하인 폴리스티렌계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르가 주로 에틸렌 글리콜과 테레프탈산 또는 그 유도체를 반응시켜서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동함유 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  13. 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름의 적어도 한쪽 편면에 표면층이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 표면층은 그 처리면에 수지용액을 도포하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 활성에너지 조사처리가 코로나 방전처리, 자외선조사처리, 플라즈마처리, 및 전자선 조사처리로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선정된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  15. 특허청구의 범위 제1항의 공동 함유 폴리에스테르계 필름의 적어도 한쪽의 편면에 표면층이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 필름의 표면은 활성에너지조사 처리가 실시되어 그 처리면의 물과의 접촉각이 90°이하이고, 상기 표면층은 상기 필름의 상기 처리면에 수지 용액을 도포하여 형성되고, 상기 표면층이 설치된 필름이 또 1축 연신 또는 2축 연신되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층제.
