Claims (11)

  1. (i)폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드, (ii)하나이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, (iii)물, 및(iv)당분야에 공지된 보조재료로 구성되며, 상기 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드가 2.7-4.3으로 변하는 평균 공칭 관능가(Fa);325-500mg KOH/g의 히디록실 가(OHv), 및 20℃에서 측정된 350 mpa.s-2300mp.s의 점성도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 물-발포 단열재의 제조에 유용한 포움 배합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드(i)가 3.0-3.7로 변하는 Fn;425-500mg KOH/g의 OHv; 및 400mpa.s-1800 mpa.s의 점성도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 포움 배합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드(i)가 원소, C,H및 0만을 기재로함을 특징으로 하는 포움 배합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블랜드(i)가 알콕시화 디올, 트리올, 또는 보다 높은 히드록실-관능 출발물질로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 포움 배합물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드(i)가 프로폭시화 및/또는 에톡시화모노-또는 디에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 펜타에리트리톨, 또는 소르비톨로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 포움 배합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴올 100중량부당 물-2-7부(php), 바람직하게 3-6php를 함유하는 포움 배합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 각각의 폴리이소시아네이트가(조) 4,4′-디페틸메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리메틸렌폴릴페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 포움 배합물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 각각의 폴리이소시아네이트가 20℃에서 측정된 100-1800mpa.s의 점성도를 가짐을 특징으로하는 포움 배합물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 지수로 알수있는, 사용되는 폴리이소시아네이트의 양이 105-140, 바람직하게 110-125로 변함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 물-발포 단열재를 제조하기 위한 방법에서 사용되는 포움 배합물에 있어서, 2.7-4.3으로 변하는 Fn; 325-500mg KOH/g의 OHv; 및 20℃에서 측정된 350-1800 mpa.s의 점성도를 갖는, 연화점을 개량하는 폴리올 또는 폴리올 블렌드의 사용.
  11. 130℃이상의 연화점(TMA에 의해 측정됨; 전이곡선의 시작점)을 가지는 물-발포 폴리우레탄 단열재.
