Claims (16)

  1. (a)폴리덱스크로스 분말을 입자로 응결시키기에 충분한 시간동안 결합용 용액과 잘 접촉시키고 (b)상기 입자로 부터 압축된 정제를 형성시키는 단계로 구성된, 칼로리가 감소된 당과의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합용 용액이 소르비톨 용액, 알기네이트 용액 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소르비톨의 약50-80중량%의 양으로 존재하는 방법
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알기네이트가 나트륨염, 칼륨염으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 소듐 알기네이트가 약0.5-2.5중량%양의 용액으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소르비톨이 70%용액으로서 존재하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소듐 알기네이트가 2%용액으로서 존재하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기가 약 16-100메쉬인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기가 20-70메쉬인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자의 크기가 30-60메쉬인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리덱스트로스를 상기 결합용용액과 잘 접촉시키기 전에 상기 폴리덱스트로스를 벌킹 에이젼트아 군일하게 혼합시키는 것으로 더 구성되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 벌킹 에이젼트가 덱스트로스, 수크로스, 당 알콜, 당 알콜 올리고머, Palatinit, 덱스크로스, 덱스트로스 올리고머 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  13. 응집된 폴리덱스트로스를 함유한 감소된 칼로리의 당과 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 응집된 폴리덱스트로스의 입자의 크기가 1-100메쉬인 방법.
