Claims (5)
- (a)액체 에폭시 수지내에, 개질되지 않은 에폭시 수지를 기준으로 5-30중량%의 카르복시-관능화되고 수소화된 공역 디올레핀/모노알케닐아렌 블록 공중합체를 분산시켜서 엘라스토머-분산 에폭시 수지 조성물을 생성시키고, (b)엘라스토머-분산 에폭시 수지 조성물과, 최종 엘라스토머-개질 에폭시 수지 조성물 중량 기준으로 15-30%의 다가(多價)페놀화합물을, 40-200℃ 범위내 온도로 진보 촉매의 존재하에서, 500-1,500 범위인 에폭시 당량을 갖는 고체 엘라스토머-개질 에폭시 수지를 생산하는데 효과적인 시간 동안 접촉시키고, (c) 상기 고체 엘라스토머-개질 에폭시 수지를 회수하는 단계들로 구성되는, 엘라스토머-개질 에폭시 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 2가 페놀의 글리시딜 에테르인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복시-관능화되고 수소화된 공역 디올레핀/모노알케닐아렌 블록 공중합체가 하기 일반식의 카르복실화된 베이스 블록 공중합체로 구성되는 방법 :AZ-(B-A)y-Bx상기식에서, A는 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 단위들로 우세하게 구성되는 선형 또는 분지된 중합체 블록이고, B는 공역 디올레핀 단량체 단위들을 우세하게 함유하는 선형 또는 분지된 중합체 블록이며, x 및 z는 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, y는 1-20의 범위인 총 수이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카르복시-관능화되고 수소화된 공역 디올레핀/모노알케닐아렌 블록 공중합체가 하기 일반식의 카르복실화된 베이스 블록 공중합체로 구성되는 방법 :[Bx-(A-B)y-Az]n-C-Pn'상기식에서, A는 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 단위들로 우세하게 구성되는 선형 또는 분지된 중합체 블록이고, B는 공역 디올레핀 단량체 단위들을 우세하게 함유하는 선형 또는 분지된 중합체 블록이며, x 및 z는 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, y는 1-20의 범위인 총수이며, n 및 n'는 0-100인 수인데 n+n3이고, C는 다관능성 커플링제로 형성된 결합형 또는 방사형 중합체의 코어이며, P 각각은 하기 일반식을 갖는 같거나 다른 중합체 블록 또는 중합체 세그먼트이다.B'x'-(A'-B")y'-A"z'상기식에서, A"는 A와 같거나 다를 수 있는 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 단위들을 우세하게 함유하는 중합체 블록이고, B'는 B와 같거나 다를 수 있는 공역 디올레핀 단량체 단위들을 우세하게 함유하는 중합체 블록이며, A'-B"는 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 단위들 A' 및 공역 디올레핀 단량체 단위들 B"을 함유하는 중합체 블록인데, A'-B" 단량체 단위들은 랜덤하고, 테이퍼되거나 블록 일 수 있고, 각각의 A' 및 B"가 블록인 경우, A' 블록은 A"와 같거나 다를 수 있고 B"는 B'와 같거나 다를 수 있으며, x' 및 z'는 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고, y'는 0-20의 수이며, x'+y'+z'의 합은 1보다 크거나 같다.
