Claims (10)
- (1)프레스내에 폴리에테르이미드 시이트와 유리 펀포 시이트를 배치시키는 공정 및 (2)상기 시이트들에 상기 유리 펀포를 상기 폴리에테르이미드로 용융 합침시키기에 충분한 압력 및 열을 가하여 이들을 열성형 가능한 복합체로 성형하는 공정으로 구성되는 항공기 내장품으로 변형시키기에 적합한 열성형 가능한 유리 섬유 보강복합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르이미드가 하기 식으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.위 식에서, a는 1 이상의 수이고,기는(여기서, R´는 수소원자, 저급알킬기 또는 저급 알콕시기임)중에서 선택된 기이며, Z는 CI)(2) 일반식(여기서, X는 식 -CyH2y-,-O- 및 -S-의 2가 기로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택된 원(員)이고, q는 0 또는 1이며, y는 1내지 5의 수임)의 2가 유기기로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 원(員)이고 R(1)은 탄소수 6-20의 방향족 탄화수소기 및 이들의 할로겐화 유도체, (2)는 탄소수 2-20의 알킬렌기 및 시클로알킬렌기 또는 말단이 C(2-8)알킬렌기인 폴리디오르가노 실록산 및 식(여기서, Q는 -O-,, S- 및 -CxH2x-(X는 1내지 5를 포함한 수임)로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 원(員임)으로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 2가 유기기이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R이 메타페닐렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 펀포가 1평방 미터 당 50.8 내지 305.2그람(1평방 야드 당 1.5 내지 9온스)함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력이 50 내지 600psi이고, 상기 온도가 300° 내지 450℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압력 및 열을 2-30분간 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열성형 가능한 복합체를 고온에서 압축성형하여 3차원전 제품을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열성형 가능한 복합체를 고온에서 감압성형하여 3차원적 제품을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 펀포와 폴리에테르이미드 시이트의 복수층이 상기 프레스 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르이미드 시이트가 폴리아미드 수지, 고무 변성 비닐 방향족 중합체, 오르가노폴리실록산-폴리카보네이트 블록 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 부가 수지와 혼합된 폴리에테르이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
