Claims (15)
- (A) 폴리프로필렌, 및 (B) 무우니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 5∼50이고 또한 요오드가 15이상인 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원공중합체고무를 함유하고, (B) 성분의 함유율이 (A)+(B)의 합계중량기준으로 10∼50중량%이고, 소망에 따라 (C) 무기충전제를(A)+(B)의 합계중량 100중량부당 0∼40중량부의 양으로 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 피도장성에 뛰어난 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 폴리프로필렌(A)이 프로필렌의 단독중합체, 프로필렌과 에틸렌과의 랜덤 혹은 블록공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌수지조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 프로필렌과 에틸렌과의 블록공중합체가, 에틸렌함유율이 5∼25중량%이고 또한 벨트인덱스(ASTM D-1238, 230℃)가 0.1∼100g/10min인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원공중합체고무(B)가 무우니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 10∼30인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원공중합체고무(B)가, 요오드가가 17∼25인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원공중합체고무(B)가, 요오드가가 21∼25인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 3원공중합체고무(B)가 무우니점도 ML1+4(100℃)가 10∼30이고, 요오드가가21∼25이고, 또한 프로필렌함유율이 15∼50중량%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 3원공중합체고무(B)에 있어서의 디엔성분이 디시클로펜타디엔, 에틸리덴노르보르넨 및 1,4-헥산디엔으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1원인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 3원공중합체고무(B)에 있어서의 디엔성분이 디시클로펜타디엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 (B)성분함유율이 (A)+(B)의 합계중량기준으로 25∼40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 무기충전재(C)가, 평균입자직경이 5μm이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 (C)성분이 (A)+(B)의 합계중량 100중량부당 10∼30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 성형해서 얻어진 성형물에, 할로겐계 유지용제에 의한 탈지세정을 실시함이 없이, 프라이머도장 혹은 플라즈마 조사를 실시하고, 그후 덧칠도장을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 사용한 성형물의 도장방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 성형해서 얻어진 성형물에, 할로겐계 유지용제 이외의 용제에 의한 탈지세정을 실시하고, 이어서 프라이머도장 혹은 플라즈마조사를 실시하고, 그후 덧칠도장을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 성형해서 얻어진 성형물에 탈지세정을 실시한 후, 프라이머도장 혹은 플라즈마조사를 실시함이 없이, 덧칠도장을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물을 사용한 성형물의 도장방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
