제1도는 본발명에 의한 금속스트림재의 온도를 연산하는 시스템을 나타내는 블록도, 제2도는 온도센서로울의 단면도, 제3도는 온도센서로울이 조립된 압연기를 나타내는 개략도.

Claims (4)

  1. 서로 접근한 상태로 복수의 열전대(11a)(11b)를 각각 다른 표면깊이로 매립한 1개 이상의 온도검출블록(12)을 온도센서로울(1)에 정착시키고, 피압연금속스트림재(7)에 접촉하는 위치에 전기한 온도센서로울을 배치하고, 측정된 온도데이터에 기초하여 작업로울바이트 직하에 있는 피압연금속스트림의 온도(Tv)를 연산함과 아울러, 측정시에 압하율 및 압연속도로부터 미리 구해진 히이트스트리이크 발생온도(T)와 전기한 연산된 온도(Tv)를 비교하는 것으로, 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히이트스트리이크 발생의 예측방법.
  2. 복수의 열전대(11a)(11b)를 각각 다른 표면깊이로 서로 접근시켜서 매립한 1개 이상의 온도검출블록(12)을 장착하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서로울.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 복수의 온도검출블록(12)이 온도센서로울의 측방향을 따라서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서로울.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 복수의 온도검출블록이 온도센서로울의 원주방향을 따라서 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서로울.
