Claims (12)
- 산화 티탄, 실리카 및 산화 붕소되 된 A성분과, 산화 바나듐, 알칼리금속 산화물 및 황산으로 된 B성분으로 되어 있으며 A성분=50-95중량%, B성분=5-50중량%의 범위에서, 또한 A성분은 B2O3/T;O2=0.02-0.5중량비, S;O2T;O2=0.25-1.0중량비의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 산화물이 칼륨, 세슘 및 루비듐 중 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속 산화물인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상접촉 산화용 유동촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매중의 V2O5가 1-30중량%이며, SO3/M2O=0.1-6.0몰비, M2O/V2O5=0.1-5.0몰비의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매의 부피밀도가 0.5-1.3g/㎤, 비표면적이 5-60m2/g, 세공용적이 0.1-0.6㎤/g, 마모율이 5w%/15hr이하 및 중량평편균 입자 지름이 40-150㎛인 방향족 탄화수소가 기상 접촉 산화용 유동촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)산화 티탄원, 실리카원, 붕소화합물, 바나듐 화합물, 알리칼리 금속 화합물 및 황산화합물을 동시에 또는 선택적으로 혼합, (2) (1)의 혼합물을 분무건조, (3)(2)의 분무 건조된 분말을 소성, 의단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산화 티탄원이 300℃에서 건조할때 결정자 지름이 30nm이하의 산화 티탄을 생성하는 수산화 티탄인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 실리카원이 콜로이드성 실리카인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 바나듐 화합물이 황상 바나딜, 메타 바나딜산 암모늄 및 옥살산 바나딜 중 하나의 화합물인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 화합물이 수산화물, 황산염 및 칼륨, 세슘, 류바듐의 탄산염 중 하나의 화합물인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 황화합물이 황상 또는 황상 암모늄인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 붕소 화합물이 붕산 또는 메타 붕산 암모늄인 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화용 유동촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유동 촉매하에서 방향족 탄화수소의 기상 접촉 산화 반응을 포함하는 카르복시산 무수물이 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
