제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 고다습 공기의 제조장치의 개략수직 단면도, 제2도는 같은 수분취입구(7)의 개략수직 단면확대도. 제3도는 같은 공기취입구(8)의 개략수직 단면확대도.
Claims (7)
- 물을 넣은 용기중에 감압흡입의 제1세관의 한끝을 수직방향으로 부터 삽입설치하며, 상기 제1세관의 한끝에는 수분흡입의 제2세관과 공기흡입의 제3세관과를 예각으로 합류시켜 연설하고, 상기 제1세관의 다른 끝에는 미소구멍을 통하여 흡입호스에 연결하고, 상기 제2세관의 끝부에는 미소흡입구멍을 가지는 수중의 수분취입구에 연결하고, 상기 제3세관은 공기 취입구에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분흡입의 제2세관과, 공기흡입의 제3세관과를 상기 제1세관의 한끝에 합류시키는 상기 예각의 범위는 55도 내지 65도인 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1세관, 제2세관 및 제3세관의 직경은 1 내지 5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1세관의 수직선에 대한 각도를 ±20도로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1세관의 길이는 80 내지 180mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2세관과 제3세관의 합류부는 초고분자 폴리에틸렌으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수분 취입구의 노즐구멍 직경은 0.1 내지 0.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 고다습 공기의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
