Abstract

본 발명은 간단한 구성으로 흡기 및 EGR 가스 등의 제어 가스의 등분배성 향상을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
서어지 탱크(12)를 흡기 상류측에 치우쳐서 배치하는 동시에 상기 서어지 탱크(12)와 접속되는 흡기 매니폴드(11)의 접속부(11a)를 흡기 상류측으로부터 하류측으로 감에 따라서 기관 본체(10)에 접근하게 형성한다. 또, 서어지 탱크(12)의 통로 단면적을 흡기 하류로 감에 따라서 작아지도록 형성한다. 또, 서어지 탱크(12)내 의 흡기 상류측에 제어 가스, 예를 들면 EGR 가스의 취출구(16)를 개구한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내연 기판의 흡기 매니폴드의 각 브랜치의 상류단을 서어지 탱크에 접속하고, 상기 서어지 탱크에 상류측 흡기관을 접속하여 이루어지는 내연 기관의 흡기 매니폴드 장치에 있어서, 기관 본체의 기통 배열 방향의 일단 부측에 배치한 상류측 흡기관 측에 상기 서어지 탱크를 치우쳐서 배치하는 동시에, 흡기 매니폴드의 각 브랜치의 상류단을 서어지 탱크 내의 흡기 상류층으로부터 하류측으로 감에 따라서 기관 본체에 접근하게 형성하고, 서어지 탱크의 통로 단면적을 흡기 하류로 감에 따라서 작아지도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기 매니폴드 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서어지 탱크 내의 흡기 상류측에 제어 가스용의 통로 혹은 취출관을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기 매니폴드 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어 가스용의 통로 혹은 취출관은 서어지 탱크의 흡기 매니폴드 브랜치의 접속부에 대해 기관 본체측에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 흡기 매니폴드 장치.
