Claims (16)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디아조화 아민을 pH 7.0 미만에서 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 커플링 성분과 커플링 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아소 염료를 생성하고; 또 이 제조과정 동안 또는 제조후 일반식(Ⅳ)의 염료를 금속 M의 하나 이상의 염으로 레이크(lake) 처리시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 일반식(I)의 금속화 아조 안료의 제조 방법 :
    상기식에서, R 및 R1은 독립해서 수소, 할로겐 또는 일킬이고; X1은 S03 또는 CO3 이며; M은 Ca, Sr, Mn 또는 Ba이며; 또 Y는 알칼리 토금속 또는 암모늄 이온임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 메틸이고, R1이 수소이며, X1이 S03 이며 또 M이 Ca인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, M이 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 1개 이상의 금속의 염을, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디아조화 아민과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 커플링 성분이 커플링되기 전에, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디아조화 아민에 혼입시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 M의 염이 수용성 무기 염인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염이 금속 M의 염화물 및/또는 질산염인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 레이크 조작에 사용된 금속 M의 염의 양이 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아조 염료 1몰당 금속 염 0.75 내지 1.75몰인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 금속 M의 염의 양이 일반식(Ⅳ)의 아조 염료 1몰당 금속 염 1.0 내지 1.5몰의 양인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)의 성분을 커플링시키기 전에 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아민으로 부터 유도된 디아조늄 용액의 pH를 3.0 내지 7.0으로 증가시키고; 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물로 부터 유도된 커플링제 용액의 pH를 5 내지 12로 감소시키고; 또 pH 3 내지 6.9에서 커플링제 용액을 디아조 용액에 서서히 부가함으로써 커플링 반응을 실행하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 커플링 반응 전에 커플링제 용액의 pH를 6 내지 8로 감소시키는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 커플링 반응을 pH 4.5 내지 5.5에서 실행하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정 동안 성능 향상제를 부가하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 성능 향상 첨가제가 폴리아크릴산, 폴리우레탄, 폴리말레산, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 목재 로진, 탈유 로진 또는 아비에트산 유도체인 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 부가된 첨가제의 양이 안료에 대하여 1 내지 10중량%인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 일반식(I)의 금속화 아조 안료.
  15. 제14항에 따른 금속화 아조 안료를 함유하는 고분자량 유기 물질, 도료 또는 표면 피복제.
  16. 카알 피셔 분석에 의해 측정된 바와 같이 일반식(I)의 안료 1몰당 약 1.5몰의 비가역적 결정수를 함유하는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 일반식(I)의 금속화 아조 안료.
