Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식의 화합물을 포함하는 양이온 중합용 촉매 :Ya b+[(RSO3)nM]z-상기식에서, Y는 옥소늄, 설포늄, 설프옥소늄, 셀레노늄, 요오도늄, 디아존늄, 피릴륨, 카베늄 및 아실륨 양이온으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 양이온이며; R은 독립적으로및(여기서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹이며, F는 불소이다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; M은 주기율표의 3 내지 15족으로부터 선택된 원소이며; z는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고; a, b 및 n은 정수이며, 단 z는 n보다 작거나 같고 정수 a와 정수 b를 곱하면 z와 같다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹이 양이온 Y에 결합하는 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, M이 주기율표의 4 내지 14족으로 부터 선택된 원소인 개시제.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 각각 과불소화 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹을 나타내는 개시제.
- 제4항에 있어서, R이 각각 C1내지 C10과불소화 알킬 라디칼인 개시제.
- 양이온 중합성 단량체를 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 양이온 중합 개시제와 균질하게 접촉시켜 상기 단량체의 중합을 개사하는 것을 포함하는, 양이온 중합성 단량체의 중합 방법 :Ya b+[(RSO3)nM]z-상기식에서, Y는 옥소늄, 설포늄, 설프옥소늄, 셀레노늄, 요오도늄, 디아조늄, 피릴륨, 카베늄 및 아실륨 양이온으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 양이온이며; R은 독립적으로및(여기서, R1은 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹이며, F는 불소이다)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고; M은 주기율표의 3 내지 15족으로부터 선택된 원소이며; z는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고; a, b 및 n은 정수이며, 단 z는 n보다 작거나 같고 정수 a와 정수 b를 곱하면 z와 같다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단량체가 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹 함유 양이온으로 개시반응을 일으켜 양이온적으로 중합 될 수 있는 단량체인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단량체가 에폭시드, 옥세탄, 테트라하이드로 푸란, 테트라하이드로피란, 비닐, 락톤, 옥사졸린, 아지리딘, 사이클로실록산, 케탈, 환상 무수물 및 락탐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 단량체인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹이 양이온 Y에 결합되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, Y가 옥소늄 양이온인 방법.
