Claims (7)

  1. 0.01 내지 0.2g/㎤의 밀도 및 2 내지 1,000셀/㎟ 의 셀 카운트를 갖고, (a)(a1)35 내지 65 중량%의 에틸렌과 (a2)35 내지 65중량%의 프로필렌의 1 내지 55중량의 블록공중합체 및 (b)(b1)0.5 내지 6중량%의 에틸렌과 94 내지 99.5중량%의 프로필렌, 또는(b2)0.5내지 12중량%의 부트-1-엔과 88내지 99.5중량%의 프로피렌의 45 내지 99중량%의 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 임펙트 공중합체를 주성분으로 하는 포움.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(b)가 (b1)0.5 내지 6중량%의 에틸렌 및 94 내지 99.5중량%의 프로필렌으로 이루어짐을 특짖으로 하는 포움.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 랜덤 공중합체(b)가 (b2)0.5 내지 12중량%의 부트-1-엔과 88 내지 99.5중량%의 프로필렌으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 포움.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 임팩트 공중합체가, 티탄-함유 고체성분 이외에 알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 지이글러-나타 촉매계의 사용으로 교반 고정층에서 기체상으로부터 2-단계 중합에 의해 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 포움.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체(a)가 50,000 내지 500,000의 중량평균 분자량을 갖고, 랜덤 공중합체(b)가 100,000 내지 600,000 의 중량 평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 포움.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체(a) 및 랜덤 공중합체(b)가 선형임을 특징으로 하는 포움.
  7. 티탄-함유 고체성분 이외에 알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는 지이글러-나타 촉매계의 사용으로 교반 고정층에서 기체상으로부터 2-단계 중합에 의해, (a)(a1)35 내지 65중량%의 에틸렌과 (a1)35 내지 65중량%의 프로필렌의 1 내지 55중량%의 블록공중합체 및 (b)(b1)0.5 내지 6중량%의 에틸렌과 94 내지 99.5중량%의 프로필렌, 또는 (b2)0.5 내지 12중량%의 부트-1-엔과 88내지 99.5중량%의 프로필렌 45 내지 99중량%의 랜덤 공중합체로부터 임팩트 공중합체가 제조되는 0.1 내지 0.25g/㎤ 의 밀도 및 2 내지 1,000셀/㎟의 셀 카운트를 갖고 임팩트 공중합체를 주성분으로 하는 포움의 제조방법.
