Claims (3)

  1. 정방기의 크릴(CREEL)(2)의 보빈 행거(5)에 매달려 있는 방출중의 보빈과 크릴(2)의 앞에 있는 예비레일(10)에 매달려 있는 만권 보빈(F)를 교체하는 조사 교체 작업을 정방기 기대(1)의 길이 방향에 따라서 기대의 한쪽 단부로부터 타단부를향하여 이동하도록 함과 동시에 조사 교체 작업시의 만권 보빈(F)로부터 조사의 단부를 인출하는 조사의 인출 작업을 흡인 파이프를 사용하여 행하는 조사 교체기(12)에 있어서 조사 교체기(12)에 전기한 조사 인출 작업시에 발생하는 불필요한 조사를 일시적으로 수용하는 집면실을 설치함과 동시에 그 집면실에 연결되는 배출 파이프를 설치하고, 조사 교체기의이동 장소에 접속 가능한 전기한 배출 파이프를 개재하여 전기한 집면실(41)내의 조사를 전기한 배출 파이프를 개재하여 전기한 집면실(41) 내의 조사를 제거하는 흡인제거 수단을 설치하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조사 교체기의 집면장치.
  2. 정방기의 크릴(2)의 보빈행거(5)에 매달린 방출중의 보빈과 크릴(2)의 앞에 있는 예비 레일에 매달려있는 만권보빈(F)를교체하는 조사 교체 작업을 정방기기대(1)의 길이 방향에 따라서 기대의 한쪽 단부로부터 타단부를 향하여 이동하여 행함과 동시에 조사교체 작업시의 만권보빈(F)로부터 조사의 단부를 인출하는 조사 인출 작업을 흡인 파이프를 사용하여 행하는 조사 교체기(12)에 있어서 조사 교체기(12)에 전기한 조사 인출 작업시에 발생하는 불필요한 조사를 일시적으로 수용하는 집면실(41)을 설치함과 동시에 그 집면실(41)에 연결되는 배출파이프(44)를 설치하고 정방기 기대(1)의 단부쪽의 조사 교체기(12)의 이동장소에 한쪽 단부가 집중집면 닥트(23)에 접속된 흡인 제거 파이프(26, 29)를 전기한 배출 파이프(21, 42)와 연결이 가능하게 설치하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 조사 교체기의 집면 장치.
  3. 정방기의 크릴(2)의 보빈 행거(5)에 매달린 방출중의 보빈과 크릴(2)의 앞쪽에 있는 예비 레일에 매달린 만권보빈(F)를교체하는 조사 교체 작업을 정방기 기대(1)의 길이 방향에 따라서 기대의 한쪽 단부로부터 타단부쪽을 향하여 이동하여행함과 동시에 조사 교체작업시의 만권보빈(F)로부터 조사의 단부를 인출하는 조사 인출 작업을 흡인 파이프를 사용하여행하고, 운반차에 탑재된 상태로 정방기 기대(1) 간의 이동을 행하는 조사 교체기(12)에 있어서, 조사 교체기(12)에 전기한 조사 인출 작업시에 발생하는 불필요한 조사를 일시적으로 수용하는 집면실(41)을 설치함과 동시에 그 집면실(41)에연결되는 배출파이프(21, 42)를 설치하고, 전기한 운반차에도 집면실(41)을 설치함과 동시에 그 집면실(41)에는 한쪽 단부가 전기한 배출파이프(21, 42)와 연결이 가능한 연결 흡인 파이프(43)의 타단부와 배출용 파이프(44)의 한쪽 단부를 연결하여 정방기 기대(1)의 단부의 전기 운반차의 주행로와 대응하는 장소에 한쪽 단부가 집중 집면 닥트(23)에 접속된 흡인 제거 파이프(26, 29)를 전기한 운반차에 장치된 배출용 파이프(44)와 연결이 가능하게 설치하도록 구성함을 특징으로하는 조사 교체기의 집면장치.
