Claims (19)

  1. 조성물이 착색 또는 무색 열가소성수지 100 부피부당 서로 다른 입자크기 또는 차원을 가지며 천연섬유, 탄소섬유 및 광물성 또는 식물성 충진재로부터 선택된 2개이상의 착색 또는 무색충진재 0.2 내지 80 부피부로 이루어진, 열가소성수지 매트릭스 및 충진재를 포함하는 조성물을 조작시키는 자연석형태의 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 조작을 하나이상의 단계에 의해 수행하고, 그동안 1분을 이상의 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 전체 및/또는 하나이상의 부로서 용융상태의 상기 조성물을 1회이상 혼합조작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3개의 다른 충진재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가장 미세한 충진재는 광물성 충진재이고 나머지 2개의 충진재는 크기가 다른 천연섬유임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 아크릴성수지, 염화비닐, 선형 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌 또는 폴리프로필렌의 나일론 또는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스는 0.1 내지 30%의 엘라스토머에 의해 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 200℃정도이 온도에 견디는 천연섬유를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유를 셀룰로오스 섬유로부터 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 천연섬유가 지름이 0.7 내지 300㎛이고, 길이가 1㎛ 내지 5㎜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작은 섬유는 길이가 1㎛ 내지 1.9㎜이고, 큰 섬유는 길이가 2㎜ 내지 5㎜인 서로 다른 크기의 섬유들로 이루어진 충진재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 섬유는 길이가 100㎛ 내지 3㎜인 탄소섬유임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물성 충진재는 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 산화아연, 탄산아연, 산화 마그네슘, 수산화마그네슘, 규산마그네슘, 실리코-알쿠미네이트 또는 유리볼의 그룹에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충진재로서 전분을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5㎛ 내지 0.2㎜범위의 입자크기를 갖는 광물성 충진재를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물성 충진재를 매트릭스 및 바람직하게는 하기와 동일한 매트릭스의 열가소성 수지에 적합한 열가소성 중합체와의 예비혼합물 형태로서 매트릭스에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 예비혼합물이 열가소성 중합체 100부피부당 광물성 충진재 0.5 내지 80부피부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 염료를 사용하여 포화시키거나, 또는 분말염료와 혼합시켜서 충진재를 착색시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1항 내지 16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이동압축기관을 포함하는 가열챔버로 이루어지며, 이러한 가열챔버가 모울드내부의 하나이상의 사출헤드를 향해있고 충분한 혼합에 의한 정상적인 플레킹(flecking)에서 부터 재료를 혼합시키지 않으면서 가열챔버에 간단히 밀어넣는 마블링(amrbling)까지의 실행범위를 달성하기 위한 목적으로, 상기 압축기관은 챔버내 성형조성물에 전단될 수 있는 혼합의 정도에 따라 선택되는 통상적 사출성형장치에서 성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, t1및 t2를 제조하고자 하는 성형품에 대한 최적성형온도에 일치하게 예로서, t1<t2<210℃가 되도록 적당한 가열기관을 사용하여 혼합물이 도입되는 챔버의 후부를 t1으로 조절하고, 혼합물이 모올드에 주입되는 챔버의 전부를 t2로 조절하여서 성형을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제1 내지 18항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법으로 얻어진 자연석 형태의 성형품.
