제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 세라믹 기지 복합체를 성형하기 위한 조립체의 단면도, 제1a도와 1b도는 1000℃에서 24시간동안 가열되어 보호 표면부가 없는 세라믹 가지 복합체의 사진, 제2도는 실시예1에서 샘플 A로서 성형된 세라믹 기지 복합체를 200배 확대하여 본 광학현미경 사진.
Claims (1)
- (i)다결정 재료를 형성하기 위하여 모금속의 산화에 의하여 얻어진 세라믹 기질과, (ii)상기 세라믹 기질의 표면의 적어도 일부위에 있으며 상기 세라믹 기질의 주화학성분과는 다른 주화학성분을 갖는 보호 표면영역으로 구성되는 자체 지지성 세라믹 구조물의 제조 방법에 있어서, (a)상기 모금속의 융점 보다는 상기 산화방응생성물의 융점 보다는 낮은 온도까지 산화제의 존재하에 모금속을 가열하여 용융 모금속체를 형성하는 단계와, (b)상기 온도에서 상기 용융 모금속체와 상기 산화제가 반응하여 상기 산화반응생성물이 형성하는 단계와, (c)상기 산화반응생성물의 적어도 일부를 상기 용융 모금속과 상기 산화제 사이에서 접촉 하여 뻗도록 유지하고 상기 온도에서 상기 산화반응생성물을 통하여 용융 모금속을 상기 산화제 쪽으로 끌어당겨 상기 산화제와 이미 형성된 산화 반응 생성물 공유면에서 새로운 산화반응 생성물이 계속 형성하도록 하여 상기 세라믹 기질을 형성하는 단계와, (d)상기 세라믹 기질의 적어도 2개의 성분이 반응하여 세라믹 기질의 효면의 적어도 일부위에 적어도 하나의 보호표면영역을 형성하여 상기 세라믹 구조물을 형성하도록 하는데 충분한 제2온도까지 상기 세라믹 기질을 가열하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체 지지성 세라믹 구조물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
