Claims (12)
- 안료가 들어간 플라스틱 물품상의 잉크가 이미지를 형성하도록 융제되는 경우 상기 물품에의 손상을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 적어도 대략 1.5g/㎡인 건조된 피복물의 도포량을 제공하기에 충분한 습윤 준비를 사용하여 제1의 결합제 및 용제층으로 상기 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (b) 상기 제1층을 건조하는 단계, (c) 상기 플라스틱 물품의 색과 비교할 경우 적어도 0.75의 최소 인쇄 대비를 만들기에 충분한 건조두께를 제공하기에 충분한 습윤준비를 사용하여, 상기 플라스틱 물품의 안료와 정반대인 대비색 및 결합제를 포함하는 색채를 띤 피복물로 상기 제1층 및 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (d) 상기 색채를 띤 피복물을 건조하는 단계, (e) 이미지를 형성하는 미리 결정된 부분에 레이저를 사용하여 상기 색채를 띤 피복물 모두 및 상기 제1층중 적어도 어느 정도의 부분을 융제하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 안료가 들어간 플라스틱 물품상의 잉크가 바코드를 형성하도록 융제되는 경우 상기 물품에의 손상을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 적어도 대략 1.5g/㎡인 건조된 피복물의 도포량을 제공하기에 충분한 습윤 준비를 사용하여 제1의 결합제 및 용제층으로 상기 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (b) 상기 제1층을 건조하는 단계, (c) 상기 플라스틱 물품의 색과 비교할 경우 적어도 0.75의 최소 인쇄 대비를 만들기에 충분한 건조 두께를 제공하기에 충분한 습윤준비를 사용하여, 상기 플라스틱 물품의 안료와 정반대인 대비색 및 결합제를 포함하는 색채를 띤 피복물로 상기 제1층 및 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (d) 상기 색채를 띤 피복물을 건조하는 단계, (e) 바코드를 형성하는 미리 결정된 부분에 레이저를 사용하여 상기 색채를 띤 피복물 모두 및 상기 제1층중 적어도 어느 정도의 부분을 융제하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 안료가 들어간 폴리스틸렌 물품상의 잉크가 바코드를 형성하도록 융제되는 경우 상기 물품에의 손상을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 적어도 대략 1.5g/㎡인 건조된 피복물의 도포량을 제공하기에 충분한 습윤 준비를 사용하여 제1의 결합제 및 용제층으로 상기 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (b) 상기 제1층을 건조하는 단계, (c) 상기 폴리스틸렌 물품의 색과 비교할 경우 적어도 0.75의 최소 인쇄 대비를 만들기에 충분한 건조 두께를 제공하기에 충분한 습윤준비를 사용하여, 상기 플라스틱 물품의 안료와 정반대인 대비색 및 결합제를 포함하는 색채를 띤 피복물로 상기 제1층 및 플라스틱 물품을 피복하는 단계, (d) 상기 색채를 띤 피복물을 건조하는 단계, (e) 이미지를 형성하는 미리 결정된 부분에 레이저를 사용하여 상기 색채를 띤 피복물 모두 및 상기 제1층중 적어도 어느 정도의 부분을 융제하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 융제하는 단계는 상기 폴리스틸렌 물품상에 바코드를 형성하기에 효과적인 부분에서 행해지는 방법.
- 안료가 들어간 폴리스틸렌 테스트 요소상의 잉크가 이미지를 형성하도록 융제되는 경우 상기 테스트 요소에의 손상을 방지하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 적어도 대략 1.5g/㎡인 건조된 피복물의 도포량을 제공하기에 충분한 습윤 준비를 사용하여 결합제 및 용제층으로 상기 테스트 요소를 피복하는 단계, (b) 상기 결합제 피복물을 건조하는 단계, (c) 상기 테스트 요소몸체의 색과 비교할 경우 적어도 0.75의 최소인쇄대비를 만들기에 충분한 건조두께를 제공하기에 충분한 습윤준비를 사용하여, 상기 테스트 요소의 안료와 정반대인 대비색 및 결합제를 포함하는 색채를 띤 피복물로 상기 결합제 피복물 및 테스트 요소를 피복하는 단계, (d) 상기 색채를 띤 피복물을 건조하는 단계, (e) 이미지를 형성하는 미리 결정된 부분에 레이저를 사용하여 상기 색채를 띤 피복물 모두 및 상기 제1층중 적어도 어느 정도의 부분을 융제하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)의 색채를 띤 피복물은 흑색의 안료를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)의 건조된 피복물 두께는 대략 1.5g/㎡ 및 대략 10g/㎡ 사이의 도포량을 제공하는 두께인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 건조된 도포량은 대략 3g/㎡ 및 대략 6g/㎡ 사이에 있는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 도포량 각각의 결합제는 상기 레이저에 의해 융제될 수 있는 결합제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 셀룰로스 니트레이트, 폴리알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 디에틸렌 글리콜 및 이소프탈레이트의 코폴리에스터를 포함하는 방법.
