Claims (6)

  1. 섬유 매트를 마련하고 그 매트의 표면을 처리하고, 고온 고압하 프레스내에서 그 매트를 고체 합성 보드산물로서 열압처리한 다음 프레스로부터 합성 보드를 분리하는 목재 합성 보드의 제조방법에 잇어서, 70%이상의 THF 겔함량을 갖는 아크릴 중합체 입자들의 수성 분산액 및 교차결합 수지로 구성되는 조성물로 상기 섬유 매트의 표면을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재 합성보드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교차 결합 수지가 아미노플라스트수지, 다작용성 히드록시알킬 아미드 및 다작용성 N-알킬을 아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 중합체 입자들이 하나이상의 멀티-에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 포함한 단량체 혼합물로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 멀티-에틸렌계 불포화 난량체가 알릴메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중하체 입자들 총 중량을 기준으로, 상기 알릴메타크릴레이트가 0.2-5wt%수준으로 중합체 입자들에 연합된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 중합체 입자들 중 중량을 기준으로, 상기 알릴메타크릴레이트가 0.3-2wt%수준으로 중합체 입자들에 연합된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
