Claims (2)

  1. 로 본체와, 로 본체 내부에 설치된 가열장치와, 처리가스의 공급 파이프와, 그 배기파이프를 갖춘 질화로 장치에 있어서, 로 본체내를 질화처리실과 전 처리실로 2분하는 개폐 격벽과, 피 처리품을 지지하여 전술한 양실간을 이동하는 지지대가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화로 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실내 가열 장치가 질화 처리실과 전 처리실의 쌍방에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화로 장치.
