Claims (20)

  1. 시차주사열량계로 측정한, 이웃한 열가소성 수지 블랜드 접착증(B)의 비등은 결정화 반감기가 30초 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 가수분해된 에틸렌/비닐 아세테이트 공중합체 차단층(A)와 이웃한 열가소성 수치 블랜드 접착층(B)로 부터 적층된 다층 필름 구조물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (B)의 에틸렌성-불포화 카복실산 또는 이의 무수물 함량이 0.03내지 0.24 중량%인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (B)의 말레산 무수물 함량이 0.03내지 0.24중량%인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (A)의 에틸렌 함량이 2 내지 60중량%이고 용융지수가 0.2g/10min 내지 50g/10min인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (A)의 에틸렌 함량이 29내지 44중량%이고 용융지수가 0.5g/10min 내지 20g/10min인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 적층된 다층 구조물이 취입 필름 다층 구조물인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 다층 구조물이의 접착증의 EVOH에 대한 결합 접착력이 100g/cm를 초과하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (B)가 (i)하나 이상의 개질되지 않은 중합체 또는 공중합체 30내지 98중량%와 (ⅱ)그래프트 개질된 에틸렌 중합체 또는 공중합체 2 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, (i)이 에틸렌과 하나 이사의 C₂-C12α-올레핀의 공중합체를 20내지 100 중량% 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, (i)이 하나 이상의 C₃-C12α-올레핀과 공중합된 에틸렌의 다성분 블랜드를 30내지 98중량% 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제8하에 있어서, (ii)가 에틸렌과 0.02 내지 3.0중량%의 에틸렌성 불포화 카복실산 또는 이의 무수물에 의해 그래프트 개질된 하나 이상의 C₃-C12α-올레핀의 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, (ii)가 예비그래프팅 밀도가 0.945 내지 0.970g/㎤이고 예비그래프팅 용융지수가 1 내지 45g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(당해 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 이어서 0.02 내지 3.0%의 말레산 무수물에 의해 압출그래프트 개질된다)을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서. (i)이 하나 이상의 C₃-C12α-올레핀으로 공중합된 에틸렌의 공중합체 95내지 20중량%허블랜딩된 폴리부텐 중합체 5내지 80중량%의 다성분 블랜드를 30내지 98% 함유하는 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, (i)이 에틸렌과 옥텐-1의 공중합체를 30 내지 98중량% 함유하는방법.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, (i)이 옥텐-1과 공중합된 에틸렌의 공중합체의 다성분 블랜드를 30내지 98중량% 함유하는 방법.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, (i)이 (a)용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.90g/㎤ 내지 0.93g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체와 (b)용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.89g/㎤내지 0.92g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하며, (ii)가 예비그래프팅된 밀도가 0.945g/㎤ sowl 0.970g/㎤이고 예비그래프팅된 용융지구사 1g/10min 내지 45g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(당해 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 이어서 0.02 내지 3.0%의 말레산 무수물에 의해 압출 그래프트 개질된다)을 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 접착층의 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 C₃-C12α-올레핀의 공중합체의 다성분 블랜드가 용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고, 밀도가 0.90g/㎤ 내지 0.93g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체와 용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.89g/㎤ 내지 0.289g/㎤인 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과 옥텐-1의 공중합체인 방법.
  19. 용융지수가 0.1g/min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.90g/㎤내지 0.93g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체, 용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.89g/㎤ 내지 0.92g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체 및 예비그래프팅 밀도가 0.945g/㎤ 내지 0.970g/㎤이고 예비그래프팅된 용융지수가 1g/10min 내지45g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(당해 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 이어서 0.02 내지 3.0%의 말레산 무수물에 의해 압출그래프트 개질된다)을 포함하며 시차 주사열랑계로 측정한 비등은 결정화 반감기가 30초 미만임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에서 접착층으로서 사용하기 위한 열가소성 중합체 블랜드.
  20. (A)는 에틸렌 함량이 2 내지 60중량%이고 용융지수가 0.2g/10min 내지 50g/10min이고 (B)는 용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.90g/㎤ 내지 0.93g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체, 용융지수가 0.1g/10min 내지 25g/10min이고 밀도가 0.89g/㎤ 내지 0.92g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 공중합체 및 예비 그래프팅 밀도가 0.945g/㎤ 내지 0.970g/㎤이고 예비그래프팅된 용융지수가 1g/10min 내지 45g/10min인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(당해 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 이어서 0.02 내지 3.0%의 말레산 무수물에 의해 압출 그래프트 개질된다)을 포함하는 접착층으로서 사용하기 위한 열가소성 중합체 블랜드의 제1항의 적층관 다층된 필름 구조물.
