Claims (9)
- (A) 폴리 올레핀 수지층 적어도 2개, (B) 올레핀 중합체(b1), 고무(b2) 및 불포화카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체(b3)를 유기 과산화물의 조재하에 용융 반응시켜 수득한 생성물에 고무(b4)를 가하고 서로 용융 혼합하여 제조한 접착성 수지층 적어도 2개, 및, (C) 폴리아미드, 포릴카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르, 폴리비닐리덴 클로라이드 및 검화 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 중합체 수지중에서 선택된 차단성 수지층 적어도 1개를 A/B/C/B/A의 순서로 적층한 것으로 이루어진 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지(A)/수지(B)/수지(C)의 두께비가 0.70-0.98 : 0.01-0.15 : 0.01-0.15인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리 올레핀 수지(A)가 밀도 0.94-0.97g/cm3의 에틸렌 -α-올레핀 공중합체이거나 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체를 소량의 유리라디칼 발생제로 변성시켜 수득한 변성 수지인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지(A)가 멜트 플로우 레이트 2g/10분 이하, 용융자영 8g이상 및 N값 1.8-2.9를 가지는 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리라디칼 발생제의 배합량이 폴리 올레핀 수지(A)100중량부단 0.001-0.05중량부인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀 중합체(b1)이 밀도 0.86-0.97g/cm3의 에틸렌 중합체 또는 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체, 에틸렌-(메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌-비닐에스테르 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 에틸렌(공)중합체인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체(b3)가 말레인산 무수물인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착성 수지(B)가, 올레핀 중합체(b1)100중량부, 고무(b2)0.5-50중량부 및 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체(b3)0.05-10중량부를 유기 과산화물의 존잰하에 용융 반응시켜 수득한 생성물에 고무(b4)0.5-50중량부를 가하고 서로 용융 환합하여 제조된 것인 다층 중공 용기.
- 제1항에 기재한 성분(A), (B) 및 (C)의 혼합물로 이루어진 수지 조성물 층을 포함하는 중공 용기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
